Read-only reconciliation

Upload an invoice PDF, CSV, or XLSX. Text PDFs are read directly; scanned PDF pages are processed with OCR when needed. Files are analyzed in this browser and are not stored in Supabase.

Invoice layouts vary. If a reservation number, date, billing hours, or dollar amount cannot be confidently extracted, the line is flagged for manual reconciliation. This report does not approve payment.
